Requirements

  • University degree in bioenergy, chemistry, circular economy, bioeconomy, environmental studies, business management, economics, law or similar
  • At least 3-year postgraduate professional experience in relevant field (organizations/stakeholder associations) for similar topics
  • Experience with sustainability certification, labels and/or relevant EU and/or Member State legislation
  • Solid experience in project management in international context
  • Extensive experience in high-level customer support
  • Effective communication skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent mediation skills
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good copy-writing skills
  • Very good PC and Office user skills
  • General IT proficiency
  • Excellent understanding of certification systems for bio-based fuels/low carbon fuels
  • Excellent knowledge of ISCC EU
  • Very good understanding of relevant EU legislation on bio-based fuels/low carbon fuels

Tasks

  • Co-design and implement ISCC EU strategy
  • Drive upscale of ISCC EU certifications
  • Develop and improve ISCC EU system
  • Increase recognition and market share
  • Develop ISCC EU team
  • Facilitate cross-company knowledge transfer
  • Manage and optimize Integrity Management processes
  • Continuously develop Integrity Program
  • Identify focus areas for process improvement
  • Align department goals with ISCC strategy
  • Exchange with authorities on market developments
  • Establish and maintain governmental relations
  • Organize Integrity Assessments
  • Evaluate and communicate audit results
  • Manage Integrity Auditors
  • Schedule Integrity Assessments
  • Plan auditor resources
  • Onboard and train auditors
  • Handle auditor questions
  • Invoice Integrity Auditors
  • Share audit learnings to improve certification
  • Evaluate non-conformities with ISCC requirements
  • Communicate sanctions to certified companies
  • Monitor Certification Bodies performance
  • Discuss integrity cases with departments
  • Provide technical guidance to CBs and System Users
  • Document in internal database
  • Evaluate and develop Whistleblowing mechanism
  • Update system documents
  • Conduct legal checks on documents
  • Participate in Integrity-related projects
  • Represent ISCC at external events
  • Participate in CB Meetings
  • Accompany audits as witness auditor
  • Present ISCC Trainings
  • Train new staff members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
