You will shape the rocket's reliability by defining vibroacoustic environments and leading test data analysis. Your expertise in simulations and testing will directly guide critical design choices.

Requirements

• •Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• •8+ years of relevant vibroacoustic experience
• •Independence and confidence in risk assessment
• •Holistic perspective on systems development
• •Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail
• •Good communication and organizational skills
• •Fluent in English
• •Experience with Actran and/or Wave6
• •Experience with nCode

Tasks

• •Define vibroacoustic environments for the rocket
• •Perform analytical predictions and simulations
• •Plan instrumentation and select sensors
• •Lead test data processing and interpretation
• •Analyze launch and ascent phase vibroacoustics
• •Document sensor locations and instrumentation
• •Create environmental test specifications
• •Support ground shock and modal tests
• •Select vibration and shock isolators
• •Validate vibration reduction designs
• •Manage unit qualification for vibration and shock
• •Tailor tests for avionics and propulsion equipment
• •Manage mechanical loads documentation
• •Perform environmental compliance and similarity studies
• •Execute frequency and shock response analyses
• •Construct FE models using Hypermesh or Simcenter
