Requirements

  • •4-5 years of professional experience in relevant positions, ideally in strategy consultancy, investment bank or start-up/scale-up
  • •Experience in leading complex strategic projects
  • •Familiarity with consumer goods, retail and/or e-commerce industries (plus)
  • •Natural curiosity and drive
  • •Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and assertiveness
  • •Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • •Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
  • •Proficiency in common MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • •Identify strategic action areas from business data
  • •Collaborate with the Management Board and leadership
  • •Act as a sparring partner for team colleagues
