In this role, you will lead the strategic supplier management program, focusing on building strong supplier relationships and driving innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve implementing performance strategies, integrating assessment tools, and collaborating with leadership to enhance supplier management processes.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in supplier management programs
• •Hands-on experience with procurement solutions such as SAP Ariba
• •Background in management consulting or system implementation
• •Ability to design or evolve supplier management processes
• •Experience engaging senior stakeholders with strong communication skills
• •Passion for process excellence and technology-enabled procurement
• •Ability to use tools like Signavio and SAC/BDC reporting

Tasks

• •Develop and implement supplier relationship management strategies
• •Create performance management strategies aligned with business objectives
• •Drive business and process design for supplier management
• •Integrate supplier assessment tools into the supplier lifecycle
• •Partner with AI leads to implement the Supplier Management AI Agent
• •Identify and drive partnerships for supplier-enabled innovation
• •Leverage SAP technologies to streamline supplier management processes
• •Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• •Facilitate trainings and support guidance needs for VPs and Category Managers
• •Ensure program adoption across the organization
