Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- 7-10 years experience in electronics or semiconductor sourcing, ideally in complex, high-reliability industries
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements (export control, quality standards, audit processes); Aviation or Space know-how is a plus
- Contracting know-how, specifically US experience would be beneficial
- Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, analytical and financial skills, structured and systematic work approach
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience collaborating across functions (Product Management, Internal Supply Chain), ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
- High sustainability awareness, strong communication skills, collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English
Tasks
- Lead strategic procurement initiatives
- Evolve supplier management framework
- Develop and qualify high-performing suppliers
- Negotiate competitive and resilient commercial agreements
- Manage supplier risks, contracts, and compliance
- Translate technical and regulatory requirements into sourcing strategies
- Analyze and define supply chain requirements for Aerospace market
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and program needs
- Evaluate and manage strategic supplier portfolio
- Support key contractual topics
- Analyze international procurement markets
- Conduct supplier and market benchmarking
- Define and monitor supply chain performance
- Improve supply chain processes and KPI frameworks
- Align supply chain and business strategy
- Optimize performance and efficiency
- Ensure transparency on material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and logistics flows
- Manage consignment stock and delivery performance
- Oversee supplier-related financial topics
- Manage invoice status and discrepancy resolution
- Update pricing and cost-control documentation
- Flow down customer requirements
- Manage supplier credit exposure
- Maintain supply chain risk register
- Conduct regular risk assessments
- Implement mitigation actions
- Forecast and monitor purchase orders
- Support compliance and audit activities
