- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for hydraulic and industrial hoses
- Industrialize manufacturing processes for stable, scalable, and cost-effective production
- Drive process and equipment development for core hose manufacturing technologies
- Lead or support product and process industrialization from design release to operations
- Translate requirements into robust manufacturing, tooling, and line concepts
- Define and review process and equipment specifications
- Support supplier coordination, FAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and stabilization
- Act as a technical expert for hose manufacturing
- Provide hands-on support during implementation, troubleshooting, and ramp-up
- Ensure controlled introduction of new products and engineering changes
- Guide engineering changes and product modifications
- Improve manufacturing performance through structured technical initiatives
- Focus on process capability, quality consistency, yield, cycle time, and operational stability
- Support global product launches and technology transfer
- Contribute to harmonized manufacturing and industrialization practices
