- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Establish and maintain global O2C process standards
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulations
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
- Leverage technology to enhance automation and efficiency
- Manage third-party business process provider for O2C
- Implement process performance KPIs for service provider
- Collaborate with P2P and B2R functions for integration
- Ensure alignment of financial processes
- Engage with internal stakeholders to meet business needs
