- Act as primary product owner for Pigment
- Own Pigment architecture, release management, environment strategy
- Manage Pigment administration and vendor relationships
- Maintain and evolve driver-based forecasting
- Manage rolling forecasts and scenario analysis
- Ensure forecasting outputs reconcile to GL and consolidated reporting
- Define and execute integration strategy between Pigment and finance data
- Implement ETL/ELT patterns, APIs, data contracts, and monitoring
- Establish and run governance for model validation
- Manage testing, reconciliation, SLAs, and data quality
- Ensure compliance, controls, and audit readiness
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Business Units, and executives
- Translate business needs into Pigment roadmap
- Drive user adoption of Pigment
- Build and lead cross-functional team of Pigment modelers, data engineers, and analysts
- Run agile delivery cadence for timely, high-quality releases
- Drive continuous improvement by automating processes
- Optimize performance and evaluate new tools
- Explore advanced analytics and machine learning opportunities
