- •Strong analytical and technical skills
- •Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Core
- •Fluent English and proficient German skills

- •Improve results using data and KPIs
- •Maintain reports and dashboards for SLA transparency
- •Monitor and manage operational costs
- •Contribute to a sustainable D2C P&L
- •Analyze and improve return performance
- •Liaise with the D2C Customer Service team
- •Support end-to-end supply chain flows for retail
- •Ensure smooth and reliable store replenishment
- •Contribute to cross-functional project rollouts
- •Standardize and document scalable growth processes
