Requirements
- •3-5 years in Sales (Engineering), technical consultant/sales role or similar
- •Communication talent for explaining complex technical concepts
- •Solid analytical abilities and comfort with data
- •Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams
- •Familiarity with technical concepts and strong understanding of APIs
- •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

Tasks
- •Identify friction points in active deals with Sales Managers
- •Drive resolution across internal teams
- •Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations for clear timelines
- •Track internal requests and follow-ups to resolve blockers quickly
- •Support approvals, onboarding questions, and custom requirements
- •Lead technical discovery during product demos
- •Understand and explain Pliant’s technical capabilities simply
- •Draft solution proposals and feasibility assessments for large customers
- •Represent the voice of the customer to identify feature gaps
- •Analyze CRM and operational data to spot bottlenecks
- •Build playbooks and templates to increase sales velocity
- •Recommend improvements to internal processes and tools
- •Create internal documentation on common use cases and technical constraints
- •Train Sales team members on product knowledge and technical nuances
- •Communicate technical best practices across teams
