Senior Solutions Architect - Lakebase(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 10+ years transactional database (OLTP) expertise
• Proven track record designing client-facing solutions
• Credibility influencing OLTP products
• Market insight for roadmap prioritization
• Experience architecting integrated transactional data solutions
• Infrastructure, platform, administration expertise (DR, HA, backup, recovery, scale-out, identity, security, migrations)
• 6+ years customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role
• Experience influencing technical executives
• Experience driving data strategy and product adoption
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, problem-solving
• Hands-on experience building public cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Broad experience (two or more) in data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, streaming
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar
• Track record driving complex projects to completion

• Serve as an expert Solutions Architect and champion.
• Build technical credibility with stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption and vision.
• Enable clients through workshops.
• Develop customer-facing collateral to increase technical knowledge.
• Influence the product roadmap.
• Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations.
• Handle complex technical challenges.
• Act as a tier-3 escalation point for the field.
• Ensure customer success in mission-critical environments.
• Co-plan large territories with Account Executives.
• Operate in cross-functional GTM and R&D efforts.
• Collaborate with Global System Integrators (GSIs).
• Collaborate with third-party consulting organizations.
• Drive customer outcomes.
