Senior Solution Customer Success Manager - Supply Chain Management(m/w/x)
Guiding customers through SAP Supply Chain transformations and managing complex engagements. 7+ years in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Services required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree; MBA or related post-Bachelor qualification advantageous
- 7+ years' experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Services or Solution/Product Management
- 5+ years' Supply Chain Management experience is a plus
- Deep program and project management experience, including business process transformation and re-engineering
- Senior-level or operational experience managing complex customer engagements
- Excellent Customer Engagement experience, including territory plan development, target setting, escalation management and people management
- Very good Line of Business experience across Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, and Manufacturing
- Fluent German and English language skills mandatory
Tasks
- Guide customers through their Supply Chain journey
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Define go-to-market and engagement strategies
- Manage target account objectives
- Mitigate churn risk
- Manage the renewal cycle
- Ensure visibility of renewal data
- Set realistic stretch targets for upsell and cross-sell
- Develop an adoption plan for customer solutions
- Increase solution consumption within the portfolio
- Engage as a trusted advisor
- Conduct business reviews with customers
- Identify critical customer accounts
- Utilize escalation channels to senior management
- Work with Product Marketing on audience engagement
- Set stretch targets for customer references
- Support other CSMs in identifying target references
- Collaborate with peers on cross-Solution Area strategies
