Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, or Solution/Product Management
- 1+ years Supply Chain Management experience (advantageous)
- First Customer Engagement experience (territory plan development, target setting, escalation, people management)
- Good Line of Business experience (Supply Chain, Asset Management, Logistics, Manufacturing)
- Fluent German and English language skills
Tasks
- Define go-to-market and engagement strategies
- Manage target account objectives
- Prioritize customer retention risk
- Manage customer renewal cycles
- Mitigate customer churn effectively
- Ensure visibility of renewal data (UfR, Chance of Success, forecast R/R)
- Manage upsell outlook for renewal and replacement opportunities
- Set realistic upsell and cross-sell targets
- Act as a trusted advisor for accounts
- Develop deep relationships with customer stakeholders
- Identify critical customer accounts
- Ensure account oversight and accountability
- Escalate issues to senior management as needed
- Establish programs to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on audience engagement sessions
- Communicate session details to customers
- Establish realistic customer reference targets
- Support CSMs in identifying target references
- Promote reference stories across accounts
- Collaborate with peers on cross-Solution Area coverage strategies
