Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in automation, engineering, computer science
  • 5+ years MES experience in manufacturing
  • SCADA experience
  • Knowledge of PLC-SCADA-MES integration, OPC UA and SQL
  • Software development skills (.NET/C# or similar)
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with WinCC OA and Siemens Opcenter MES
  • Knowledge of reporting/data platforms and IT/OT integration
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and OT DevOps
  • Understanding of industrial cybersecurity and high-availability systems
  • Background in battery, semiconductor, automotive or regulated manufacturing

Tasks

  • Develop and customize Siemens OpCenter MES
  • Operate Siemens OpCenter MES and WinCC OA SCADA platform
  • Own MES initiatives from requirements to deployment
  • Develop and maintain WinCC OA SCADA applications
  • Integrate Epicor ERP and related systems
  • Ensure stable MOM platform operations
  • Support and resolve MOM platform issues
  • Develop and maintain Reportrunner reporting
  • Drive MOM platform architecture and standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring
  • Conduct design reviews within the MES team
  • Lead technical solution design for digitalization
  • Estimate and deliver digitalization initiatives
