Requirements
- Degree in automation engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
- PLC systems programming experience
- Industrial automation systems, sensors, drives, fieldbus communication experience
- Manufacturing or industrial production environments experience
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Commissioning new equipment or production lines experience
- Kuka robots and/or Trumpf laser experience
- English fluency
Tasks
- Develop, program, and optimize PLC control systems
- Troubleshoot automation and control system issues
- Commission new production equipment and automation systems
- Improve machine automation, safety systems, and process controls
- Support integration of robots, sensors, drives, and communication systems
- Collaborate with process engineering, maintenance, and production teams
- Analyze production data to identify automation improvements
- Increase efficiency, quality, and uptime
- Document PLC programs, system architecture, and changes
- Support industrialization of new production technologies
