Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience
  • •Proven experience delivering secure applications
  • •Strong skills in TypeScript, Node.js, ElectronJS, React, gRPC, and Protobuf
  • •Familiarity with local-first storage and secure secrets
  • •Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring
  • •Expertise with installers & packaging on macOS and Windows
  • •Strong understanding of security principles
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • •Experience with Python, Go, or native bridges
  • •Knowledge of Intune/Graph API or enterprise device compliance
  • •Awareness of enterprise security standards

Work Experience

5 - 7 years

Tasks

  • •Design and develop a secure desktop agent for macOS and Windows
  • •Write clean and efficient code in TypeScript, Node.js, Electron, and React
  • •Build secure IPC channels using gRPC, mTLS, and cert rotation
  • •Manage the release pipeline, including installers and code signing
  • •Ensure reliable auto-update architecture with feature flags
  • •Troubleshoot and debug cross-platform performance and update issues
  • •Contribute to code reviews and promote high-quality engineering practices
