You will join a fast-moving team to build end-to-end web experiences, from designing polished React interfaces to scaling Node.js APIs that power a privacy-focused human network.

Requirements

• •Substantial experience shipping production web apps
• •Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind
• •Experience with Node.js, REST, and GraphQL
• •Strong product intuition and UX focus
• •Familiarity with data modeling and SQL
• •Clear communication and ownership mindset
• •Ability to execute in ambiguity
• •Independent delivery of scoped features
• •Desirable experience with AWS and IaC
• •Knowledge of observability and performance profiling
• •Experience with CI/CD and feature flags
• •Ability to write high-quality tests
• •Professional experience with modern web stack
• •Track record of shipping user-facing features
• •Proficiency with Git and build tooling

Tasks

• •Build polished, accessible user experiences using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• •Design and implement performant Node.js APIs and serverless endpoints
• •Integrate GraphQL and internal services with robust typing and codegen
• •Ship secure authentication and session flows using Auth0 and middleware
• •Own features end-to-end from initial specs to rollout and iteration
• •Improve system performance through SSR, caching, and bundle optimization
• •Collaborate on API contracts, data models, and experiment frameworks
• •Enhance developer experience by contributing to shared libraries and documentation
