Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or comparable field, or equivalent professional training
  • •Several years of practical experience in SAP Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence development
  • •Strong knowledge of modern SAP solutions
  • •Excellent SQL skills
  • •Solid experience in ETL processing and data modeling
  • •Hands-on SAP HANA experience
  • •ABAP knowledge in SAP BW environments
  • •Conceptual knowledge in data science, statistics, or predictive analytics
  • •Strong analytical thinking
  • •Solution and value orientation
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly
  • •Experience in engineering or technology roles
  • •Experience within agile / DevOps product environments
  • •Very good written and spoken English
  • •German skills are an advantage

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Consult with HR and management to develop impactful dashboards
  • •Design and implement analytics solutions for executive decision support
  • •Establish foundations for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses
  • •Deliver SAP BI solutions within an agile DevOps team
  • •Analyze requirements and design technical solutions for HR analytics
  • •Implement and test ETL processes and develop data models
  • •Create ABAP and SQL reports for HR planning and reporting
  • •Monitor technology trends and enhance the platform capabilities
  • •Provide technical consulting and coaching to team members
