- Build and maintain end-to-end observability with ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
- Lead incident response and postmortems in a blameless culture
- Automate operational workflows using Go, Python, or Bash
- Lead technical presentations, workshops, and deep dives with engineering teams
