- Experience operating highly available, mission-critical applications (cloud/on-prem), including incident leadership
- Strong Kubernetes expertise and cluster management experience
- Experience with GitOps principles and ArgoCD (deployment/delivery)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proficiency in Bash and/or Python (automation/tooling)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally Tekton-based
- Very Good German and good English skills (B2+)
- Go programming experience

- Experience with Helm, Make, and Git
- Additional experience with cloud-native platforms, observability, or platform automation
