Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience in Google and Microsoft Ads
- Experience managing 8-figure annual spends
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability
- Familiarity with tracking infrastructure and audiences
- Confidence advising internal stakeholders
- Understanding of SaaS acquisition dynamics (preferred)
Tasks
- Develop and execute a global SEM roadmap
- Drive efficient revenue growth across search platforms
- Oversee agency delivery quality and strategic alignment
- Lead campaign strategy and account structure
- Manage bidding logic and keyword research
- Develop audience frameworks and automation scripts
- Implement sophisticated tROAS and value-based bidding
- Build a structured roadmap for experiments
- Plan, analyze, and scale winning initiatives
- Manage the SEM budget P&L and ROI modeling
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and pacing
- Partner with Martech on tracking and attribution
- Test landing pages with Product teams
- Develop Tableau dashboards to surface performance drivers
- Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
