Senior Security Program Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the company's most critical security initiatives by bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Your day-to-day involves building roadmaps and coordinating across teams to reduce risk.

Requirements

• •7+ years in security or technical program management
• •Experience running cross-functional engineering programs
• •Technical fluency in cloud and security processes
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Experience in fintech, trading, or digital assets
• •Familiarity with security frameworks and audit concepts
• •Experience supporting security and financial integrity programs
• •Relevant certifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise

Tasks

• •Lead a portfolio of high-priority security programs
• •Develop multi-quarter roadmaps for trading venues and services
• •Establish governance structures and executive reporting cadences
• •Support the CISO with firmwide security initiatives
• •Drive access governance and secrets management projects
• •Oversee vulnerability remediation and security logging improvements
• •Enhance endpoint security baselines and secure SDLC enablement
• •Mature control coverage for internal and external audits
• •Collaborate with the GRC Director on compliance initiatives
• •Improve incident preparedness through playbooks and tabletop exercises
• •Develop operational runbooks for high-availability trading environments
• •Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders to unblock delivery
• •Build scalable processes to ensure security consistency
• •Define measurable KPIs to track program execution
