Tasks
- •Define the vision and roadmap for security products
- •Own the ideation, postmortem, prioritization, backlog, and customer feedback processes
- •Guide new features, systems, and services from inception to launch with a customer-centric focus
- •Lead public communications regarding security updates and compliance changes
- •Coordinate user messaging during security incidents with the Head of Security Products and CISO
- •Gather user feedback on experience and security for continuous improvement
- •Conduct research on industry benchmarks, emerging standards, and competitor certifications
- •Identify gaps in product security posture and propose strategic initiatives
- •Stay informed about regulations influencing product certifications and transparency requirements
- •Collaborate with the CISO office to gather evidence for certification requirements
- •Take ownership of security-related services on the Cloud platform
- •Track and maintain a certification roadmap, communicating updates to leadership and sales
- •Coordinate with Product Managers to align security goals with product roadmaps
- •Work with security and legal teams to gather information for product enhancements
- •Assist customer-facing teams in addressing client inquiries about security posture
