Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience
- Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Stakeholder management skills
- Project management skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
Tasks
- Define the vision and roadmap for security products
- Own the ideation, postmortem, prioritization, backlog, and customer feedback processes
- Guide new features, systems, and services from inception to launch with a customer-centric focus
- Lead public communications regarding security updates and compliance changes
- Coordinate user messaging during security incidents with the Head of Security Products and CISO
- Gather user feedback on experience and security for continuous improvement
- Conduct research on industry benchmarks, emerging standards, and competitor certifications
- Identify gaps in product security posture and propose strategic initiatives
- Stay informed about regulations influencing product certifications and transparency requirements
- Collaborate with the CISO office to gather evidence for certification requirements
- Take ownership of security-related services on the Cloud platform
- Track and maintain a certification roadmap, communicating updates to leadership and sales
- Coordinate with Product Managers to align security goals with product roadmaps
- Work with security and legal teams to gather information for product enhancements
- Assist customer-facing teams in addressing client inquiries about security posture
