Senior Sales Manager Nordics(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA considered a plus
- Professional experience in B2B sales
- 3–5 years in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases or related sectors
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million Euro contracts
- Established network within hydrogen industry
- Strong business development skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Solid technical understanding
- Self-driven mindset
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in Nordic markets is a plus
- Experience in Benelux markets is a plus
- Fluency in English

Tasks
- Lead highly complex industrial projects (>100 MW, multi-partner setups)
- Generate high-quality leads and business opportunities
- Develop commercial strategies independently
- Develop pricing concepts independently
- Develop bid architectures independently
- Manage strategic key accounts
- Build long-term partnerships
- Support management in market strategy
- Support VP Sales in market strategy
- Support management in forecasting
- Support VP Sales in forecasting
- Support management in opportunity prioritization
- Support VP Sales in opportunity prioritization
- Drive MHP commercialization
- Drive MHP business cases
- Drive MHP go-to-market strategies
- Represent Quest One at industry events
- Represent Quest One at conferences
- Represent Quest One at customer meetings
- Collaborate with technical teams
- Collaborate with product management teams
