Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA considered a plus
  • Professional experience in B2B sales
  • 3–5 years in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases or related sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-million Euro contracts
  • Established network within hydrogen industry
  • Strong business development skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Excellent presentation abilities
  • Solid technical understanding
  • Self-driven mindset
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Nordic markets is a plus
  • Experience in Benelux markets is a plus
  • Fluency in English

  • Lead highly complex industrial projects (>100 MW, multi-partner setups)

  • Drive MHP commercialization
