- Support Account Executives and Solution Engineers as a subject matter expert
- Guide customers from needs assessment to solution design
- Deliver hands-on product demonstrations
- Execute proof-of-concepts to showcase value
- Build trust with clients through technical expertise
- Act as the primary technical contact during sales cycles
- Lead technical discussions for customized security solutions
- Address data discovery, posture management, and compliance needs
- Design and present product demonstrations
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams
