Senior Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity)(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in a customer facing role as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer, or senior level product support
- Proven experience in secure messaging, data security, network security, endpoint, NOC/SOC, or MSP-related cybersecurity
- Track record developing and maintaining customer relationships with large Enterprise clients
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to individuals and teams including technical staff and C-suite executives
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
- Exposure to enterprise email solutions such as Exchange, G-Suite, Lotus Domino, O365, or working knowledge of SMTP
- Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) Protection
- Experience in IT security, vulnerability or risk assessments, and policy enforcement
- Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance, and data privacy
- Knowledge of cloud security and shadow IT
- Fluency in English and local regional language
- Desire to take career in sales direction and enthusiasm for cybersecurity and related security standards and frameworks like ISO, NIST, and MITRE
- Interest in staying on top of the fast-changing threat landscape and helping educate and protect customers
- Strong knowledge of underlying protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP
Tasks
- Act as the Technical Sales Lead during the pre-sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted account penetration strategies
- Design and promote complex People-Centric Security solutions
- Provide customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Present at industry seminars and trade shows as needed
- Become an expert in Email Security and the threat landscape
