Tasks

  • Conduct 15-30 minute qualifying calls
  • Understand prospect's business pain points
  • Identify symptom, root cause, and business cost
  • Ensure qualified leads before AE handoff
  • Re-engage previously approached accounts
  • Develop strategies for new engagement angles
  • Follow up on incomplete initial conversations
  • Find and verify contact information
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with AEs for successful handoffs
  • Maintain high qualification standards
  • Avoid low-quality meetings
  • Navigate challenging accounts and gatekeepers
  • Persist until finding effective engagement methods
