Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years as IC Product/Test engineer
- Hands-on experience in IC product bring-up & productization
- Hands-on experience implementing RF test solutions on ATE
- Prior experience with Teradyne UltraFlex/UltraFlexPlus (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of RF performance metrics
- Strong understanding of RF test methodologies
- Proficiency in Python development and debugging
- Proficiency in equivalent development and debugging
- Experience with data and yield analysis
- Experience with statistical methods and tools (e.g. JMP)
- Strong sense of ownership, commitment, and responsibility
- Team player
- Ability to work in rapidly evolving environment
- Good interpersonal communication skills
Tasks
- Partner with design teams to review DFX architecture
- Define test requirements with design teams
- Transform Python-based RF characterization tests
- Implement scalable, high-volume ATE production tests
- Define specifications for key RF performance parameters
- Lead correlation and characterization of test programs
- Drive complex load-board development projects
- Lead post-Si test program debug activities
- Enable timely delivery of samples
- Perform test program characterization
- Optimize and tune test programs
- Ensure high test quality for automotive standards
- Support Quality & Reliability team for qual plan execution
- Lead test deployment with Foundry and OSAT vendors
- Enable large-scale Wafer-Sort operations
- Enable large-scale Final-Test operations
