In this role, you will focus on evaluating and optimizing the RF-SOI process, designing test cases, and creating precise MOSFET models to ensure high performance and consistency in simulations and measurements.

Requirements

• •MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background
• •10+ years of experience in RF-SOI process for RF Switch
• •Hands-on experience of RF-SOI MOSFET models design
• •Hands-on experience of RF Switch performance improvement
• •Effective communication skills and teamwork

Tasks

• •Evaluate RF-SOI process performance
• •Design test cases to identify process shortcomings
• •Create accurate RF-SOI MOSFET models
• •Enhance consistency between simulation and measurement
• •Optimize RF-SOI switch performance
• •Reduce insertion loss, harmonics, and power
