Requirements

  • •MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent background
  • •10+ years of experience in high-efficiency RF power amplifier design in mobile terminal applications
  • •Professional in MMIC circuit design and simulation tools
  • •Expertise in load-insensitive RF power amplifier design
  • •Expertise in Envelop-Tracking power amplifier design
  • •Expertise in wide-band power supply modulator design
  • •Expertise in Doherty power amplifier design
  • •Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • •Good communication skills
  • •Self-motivation
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to travel in Europe and China

Education

Master's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Research wide-band power amplifier architecture for multi-band RF transmitters
  • •Investigate high-efficiency power amplifier designs, including Envelop-Tracking and Doherty architectures
  • •Explore load-insensitive power amplifier architectures to handle load variations
  • •Solve technical challenges to ensure power amplifier designs meet product requirements
  • •Participate in proposing, reviewing, and evaluating innovative technical ideas
