- Generate standard reports
- Maintain reward databases
- Conduct data quality checks
- Conduct basic data analysis
- Support identification of automation opportunities
- Support implementation of automation tools
- Create documentation for automation tools
- Assist on reward projects
- Coordinate project activities
- Track project deliverables
- Participate in process improvements
- Respond to inquiries on reward policies
- Support People Partners
- Coordinate with People Operations
- Coordinate with Finance
