- •C2 level French and fluent English for internal coordination
- •Experience in the supplement, nutrition, or health & wellness industry
- •Hands-on mentality, highly organized, ownership and responsibility

- •Manage localized campaigns using the Bloomreach CRM/Marketing Automation platform
- •Facilitate communication between the French country manager and the Central CRM team
- •Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risks and optimize retention pathways
- •Propose and lead A/B tests on French-specific messaging, incentives, and timing
- •Monitor key retention KPIs and translate data into actionable strategies
