Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering
  • Ideally 10+ years of reservoir engineering experience
  • Confident use of industry-standard software
  • Can-do attitude and team-player mindset
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • High motivation and personal ownership
  • Structured and reliable working method
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts

Tasks

  • Design and execute dynamic data acquisition programs
  • Analyze pressure, temperature, rate, and production data
  • Build and maintain integrated dynamic reservoir simulation models
  • Validate geological consistency in simulation models
  • Provide feedback to geoscience teams
  • Perform history matching and predictive forecasting
  • Support well delivery through pore pressure prediction
  • Collaborate with drilling and well engineering teams
  • Lead integrated field development planning studies
  • Evaluate well concepts and development phasing
  • Assess injector–producer strategies and facility constraints
  • Evaluate reserves booking implications
  • Assess development options against technical, economic, and subsurface risks
  • Collaborate with geoscientists, facilities engineers, and production technologists
  • Ensure high-quality data management in Petrel lifecycle
  • Maintain data integrity across well, seismic, and reservoir modeling datasets

  • 10 - 15 years

Education

  • Master's degree
