Requirements

  • Master’s/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related area
  • Strong background in nonlinear systems, system modeling, signal processing
  • Experience with high-speed PHY and SerDes systems (≥100Gb/s per lane designs)
  • Experience developing behavioral/system-level models using Python, Matlab or similar
  • Analyze complex problems and translate into viable solutions
  • Familiarity with high-speed data converters and system performance impact (advantage)
  • Experience in system identification and data-driven modeling (plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to challenge assumptions, explore unconventional solutions
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • German and/or Chinese knowledge (advantage)
  • Some travel activity expected
