Requirements

  • Ambitious and result-driven personality
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Sales or client-facing role in the Asset Management industry
  • Excellent client network and trusted relations in the intermediary market in Germany
  • Excellent technical knowledge of investment markets and investment products
  • Good understanding of market trends and regulatory framework
  • Strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changes in priorities
  • High personal integrity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • German native language and excellent English
  • Bachelor or similar degree in finance
  • Proficient in MS Outlook

Tasks

  • Contribute to the sales strategy for intermediaries in Germany
  • Ensure competitive positioning of Vontobel Institutional Clients in the market
  • Implement a structured sales process for lead generation and client servicing
  • Foster a trusting work environment to exceed team expectations
  • Collaborate with the Country Head and Institutional Business Segment colleagues
  • Plan and execute client events
  • Provide feedback to enhance Vontobel's marketing and content offerings
  • Contribute to core projects as assigned
