- •Postgraduate degree in Economics, Health Economics, or Life Science
- •Min 5 years’ experience in Reimbursement, Health economics, HTA, and funding applications
- •Track record of developing reimbursement/market access strategy in Germany
- •Experience with strategic value story development
- •Good understanding of health economic modelling
- •Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
- •Strong project management skills
- •Strategic thinking and relationship building
- •Experience in Diabetes
- •Multiple languages
- •Ability to work across cultures

- •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for product development and launch
- •Deliver data and tools for country HTA and reimbursement needs
- •Identify opportunities for reimbursement and support HTA submissions
- •Execute health economic projects, including cost-effectiveness analyses
- •Develop product value stories and identify evidence needs for reimbursement
- •Analyze and communicate relevant evidence to target audiences
- •Develop regional master files and value dossiers for timely use
- •Assist local countries with reimbursement and funding submissions
- •Understand reimbursement gaps and drive initiatives for economic value
- •Provide reimbursement and health economic education to audiences
- •Contribute to the international team for efficient data and tool use
- •Ensure high-quality delivery and execution of tasks
