Requirements
- •Degree in Business Administration or similar study degree
- •Experience leading projects with diverse stakeholders
- •Advanced skills in preparing and driving management decisions
- •Knowledge in Pricing Strategy and Business Analytics
- •Fluent German and English written and verbal communication skills
- •Advanced IT skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Power BI
- •Experience in healthcare environment or similar operative Pricing, Tendering, and/or Contracting
Education
Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Analyze pricing data and develop tactical and strategic recommendations
- •Lead pricing strategy projects in cross-functional and regional environments
- •Serve as the key contact for pricing strategy topics with Operating Unit Leaders
- •Conceptualize and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with Operating Units and stakeholders
- •Conduct workshops and lead working groups on pricing strategy implementation
- •Collaborate with portfolio and enterprise account pricing strategists on cross-business deals
- •Consult on rebate schemes
