Requirements

  • Medical, pharmaceutical, or natural science university degree, ideally with PhD
  • Several years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, ideally field-based medical work in GynOncology or Oncology
  • Strong scientific background and/or several years of experience in Oncology or GynOncology
  • Experience with product launches
  • Understanding of healthcare system and pharmaceutical ethics, knowledge of compliance guidelines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of drug development, GCP, and relevant codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial and budget management
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Strategic and creative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident and proactive work style with high resilience and flexibility

Tasks

  • Collaborate strategically with external experts, physicians, and study groups in women's cancer.
  • Conduct evidence-based discussions with national and regional healthcare professionals on scientific issues and projects.
  • Develop a prospective, regional engagement strategy, incorporating digital channels (omnichannel).
  • Build and maintain a regional network to foster medical and scientific partnerships.
  • Respond to medical and scientific inquiries from doctors, pharmacists, and other external clients in the region.
  • Support sales with safety-related matters or complex medical questions.
  • Initiate and support scientific projects, including Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS).
  • Organize and conduct regional medical training events.
  • Participate in congresses and training events, representing the company at medical-scientific information booths.
