- Analyze deviations from baseline schedule, highlight bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions
- Prepare integrated planning and scheduling contributions to monthly project reports
- Create resourcing plans for project phases, identify excessive peaks, and recommend peak leveling
- Ensure schedule data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors is fed back into planning systems
- Prepare micro-management schedules for critical work elements
