  • Minimum 7 years construction/project controls experience
  • Expertise in project delivery across multi-discipline projects
  • Proficiency in project controls
  • Proficiency in procurement
  • Proficiency in risk management
  • Proficiency in running Project Management Offices (PMOs)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6
  • Knowledge of e-Builder
  • Knowledge of Google suite
  • Demonstrable client-facing experience at all levels
  • Good knowledge of project lifecycle
  • Good knowledge of business case approvals process
  • Availability for fulltime on-site work
  • English language skills
  • German language skills

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain cost and scheduling plans
  • Align plans with project scope and contractual requirements
  • Monitor and control project costs and schedules
  • Prepare comprehensive cost reports and variance analyses
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards with clear recommendations
  • Review and validate change orders
  • Ensure proper documentation and cost impact analysis
  • Support procurement by analyzing bids and validating cost data
  • Ensure commercial compliance in procurement activities
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams
  • Manage invoicing, accrual reporting, and financial closeout
  • Maintain benchmarking data and historical cost records
  • Support continuous improvement with lessons learned
  • Assist with schedule development and updates
  • Integrate cost and schedule data for accurate performance tracking
  • Monitor schedule progress against baseline
  • Identify potential delays and communicate impacts
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level presentations
  • Summarize cost and schedule performance, risks, and actions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Conduct audits and governance reviews
