Senior Project Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements

• HBO or WO level education or equivalent
• Highly desirable construction industry experience
• Willingness to travel
• 5-10 years Project Management experience, at least 5 years as Project Manager/Lead
• In-depth understanding of industry software solutions, best practices, service delivery standards; TP portfolio familiarity a plus
• Project Manager certificate (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI, or SCRUM Master) a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction, infrastructure, energy sectors; asset management lifecycle; software implementation project experience
• Experience navigating complex, politically sensitive environments; effective stakeholder management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to articulate complex technical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with strong leadership abilities; ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
