  • •Support group companies throughout M&A stages
  • •Lead interdisciplinary project groups and consultants
  • •Develop detailed project plans
  • •Organize and lead project meetings
  • •Report regularly on project progress
  • •Analyze companies using quantitative criteria
  • •Evaluate transactions based on qualitative criteria
  • •Collaborate with divisional Business Development units
  • •Support Controlling with DCF valuation models
  • •Validate results using various valuation approaches
  • •Manage and summarize due diligence processes
  • •Conduct complex transaction negotiations
  • •Draft legal documentation with legal advisors
  • •Incorporate specialist input into legal documents
  • •Prepare decision papers for top management
  • •Present findings to senior leadership
  • •Coordinate activities after transaction completion
