Senior Project Manager – Customer Care & Aftersales(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Extensive experience in project/program management, aftersales, customer care, operations, or management consulting in hardware/device industry
- Proven track record managing mid- to large-scale, cross-functional projects from strategy to implementation, ideally in international/multi-market environment
- Experience designing and improving operational processes, defining KPIs, setting up dashboards, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies
- Practical experience with project management and analytical tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at multiple levels
- Ability to work independently and deliver tangible results in complex, fast-paced environments
- Fluent English; German and/or additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones
Tasks
- Design and optimize after-sales and warranty processes
- Refine processes for scalability and operational excellence
- Ensure premium customer experience across all channels
- Define and challenge business requirements
- Drive system enablement with IT, data, and cross-functional teams
- Develop global after-sales strategy
- Lead strategy rollout across markets and service partners
- Ensure consistent standards and best-practice adoption
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
- Manage timelines, risks, and interdependencies
- Align with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Translate operational and customer insights into business cases
- Prioritize roadmaps for service enhancements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive design-for-serviceability
- Reduce field issues, returns, and warranty costs
