- Translate business strategy, AI capabilities, and technical architecture
- Comfortable in agile, cross-functional, product-oriented environments
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end client engagements
- Design AI-driven commerce ecosystems
- Operationalize next-generation commerce solutions
- Work with client leadership and delivery teams
- Own strategic direction and program execution
- Connect business goals with intelligent systems
- Orchestrate real-time customer journeys and transactions
- Manage complex composable Tech and Agentic Commerce programs
- Take responsibility for scope, timelines, quality, risk, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive outcomes with cross-functional client teams
- Facilitate workshops translating business intent into use cases
- Define business cases and KPI frameworks
- Link agentic capabilities to revenue and conversion
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams
- Ensure end-to-end alignment from strategy to execution
