Senior Production Mechanic Post-Processing CNC(m/w/x)

Description

Manual finishing of rocket engine components including Helicoil installation and precision surface polishing. Extensive experience in deburring and joining sensitive aerospace parts required. Virtual company share program, 30 days vacation, 20% employer pension contribution.

Tasks

• •Deburr, grind, and polish components to quality specifications
• •Mark and label components according to technical documentation
• •Perform cleaning and final surface preparation
• •Install thread inserts such as Helicoils
• •Execute pressing and joining processes including component preparation
• •Manufacture and repair simple auxiliary fixtures
• •Process and report production orders in the MES system
• •Document processed orders and relevant process data
• •Optimize processes and workflows in post-processing
• •Create and maintain work instructions and checklists
• •Identify and report missing materials or tools
• •Coordinate daily operations in the team leader's absence
• •Maintain an overview of open and ongoing orders
• •Set daily priorities within the team
• •Assign tasks based on qualifications and capacity
• •Resolve operational obstacles and initiate short-term measures
• •Coordinate with IT to process open tickets
• •Communicate with planning regarding current production topics
• •Clarify component and process questions with quality assurance
• •Ensure the availability of materials and tools
• •Initiate immediate actions for missing parts or bottlenecks
• •Prepare operational ordering processes within defined frameworks
• •Communicate relevant information to interface areas and team members
• •Ensure complete and traceable documentation in daily operations
