Tasks

  • •Analyze and interpret user flows on the portal and checkout funnel
  • •Monitor key KPIs of main websites and online shops
  • •Provide analysis and reports for management
  • •Create and prioritize backlog of improvements
  • •Align backlog with stakeholders based on user feedback and business goals
  • •Conduct market and competitive assessments
  • •Identify user needs, trends, and development opportunities
  • •Translate complex user and business requirements into workflows
  • •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • •Align with development, technology, and product management teams
  • •Communicate and advocate for new ideas and concepts
