- •Take end-to-end responsibility for a product area
- •Analyze and interpret user flows on the portal and checkout funnel
- •Monitor key KPIs of main websites and online shops
- •Provide analysis and reports for management
- •Create and prioritize backlog of improvements
- •Align backlog with stakeholders based on user feedback and business goals
- •Conduct market and competitive assessments
- •Identify user needs, trends, and development opportunities
- •Translate complex user and business requirements into workflows
- •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- •Align with development, technology, and product management teams
- •Communicate and advocate for new ideas and concepts
