Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Digital Product roles
  • •Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, CRM tools & MarTech
  • •Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
  • •Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments

Tasks

  • •Own the full digital acquisition funnel from website to first investment
  • •Define and drive North Star and funnel KPIs across marketing and product
  • •Build sustainable and repeatable growth systems
  • •Design and optimize exploration and onboarding journeys with Product Design and Marketing
  • •Ensure consistent premium branding, tone, and messaging across acquisition touchpoints
  • •Translate brand narratives and campaigns into product-native experiences
  • •Own and evolve the MarTech stack with Marketing
  • •Define tracking schemas and user properties for full-funnel visibility
  • •Run A/B tests, experiments, and proofs of concept across marketing and product surfaces
  • •Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for growth initiatives
  • •Co-lead a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Design, and Marketing roles
  • •Prioritize initiatives based on impact, brand fit, and strategic alignment
