Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Digital Product roles
- Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, CRM tools & MarTech
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments

Tasks
- Own the full digital acquisition funnel from website to first investment
- Define and drive North Star and funnel KPIs across marketing and product
- Build sustainable and repeatable growth systems
- Design and optimize exploration and onboarding journeys with Product Design and Marketing
- Ensure consistent premium branding, tone, and messaging across acquisition touchpoints
- Translate brand narratives and campaigns into product-native experiences
- Own and evolve the MarTech stack with Marketing
- Define tracking schemas and user properties for full-funnel visibility
- Run A/B tests, experiments, and proofs of concept across marketing and product surfaces
- Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for growth initiatives
- Co-lead a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Design, and Marketing roles
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, brand fit, and strategic alignment
