Requirements
- 5+ years B2B SaaS product management experience
- Experience with mature products (not greenfield)
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills
- Shipped LLM features in production
- Deep AI knowledge from personal projects
- AI-fluent in daily workflow (research, analysis, writing, prototyping)
- Point of view on AI's impact on product work
- Strong engineering partnership and trust-building
- Negotiates scope and timelines as peer
- Pragmatic calls on product debt vs. new value
- Technical fluency (API specs, data models, system details)
- Data-driven decision making
- SQL, BigQuery, or equivalent querying skills
- Experiment design skills
- Customer interaction and discovery enjoyment
- Synthesizing qualitative input patterns
- Fluent English
- Fluent German strongly preferred
- Previous experience with messaging products
- Previous experience with CRM/CDP
- Previous experience with marketing automation
- Previous experience with analytics/BI tools
- Experience in conversational commerce
- Experience in ecommerce
- Experience in martech
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business Platform
- Familiarity with RCS
- Familiarity with similar channel APIs
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with similar commerce/marketing ecosystems
- Meeting all requirements not necessary to apply
Tasks
- Own product surface for messaging channels, journeys, and analytics
- Partner with engineering and design for product development
- Make product more AI-first, replacing manual work with intelligent defaults
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers, including German-speaking DACH brands
- Drive continuous improvement of high-usage features
- Manage product roadmap and delivery for messaging channels and related features
- Work cross-functionally with CSMs, Sales, and Support
- Define and track success metrics
- Use data to validate product impact
